Meet Me, Kacey Schmitz: Your Dedicated Real Estate Partner

I was born and raised in Oregon, growing up in Sheridan before spending several years in the Portland metro area. Eventually, my family and I settled in beautiful Mt. Hood and then the lovely community of Canby.

My career in real estate began after five successful years as a Paralegal, where I found a perfect blend of my love for real estate and dedication to customer service. As a single mom, I needed a career that offered flexibility and allowed me to excel in areas where I shine.

I've always prided myself on my ability to connect with people from all walks of life, which has been instrumental in building lasting relationships with my clients. Communication and negotiation are skills I've honed, ensuring all parties stay focused on our shared goals throughout each transaction.

I have a keen eye for detail and enjoy solving problems creatively. I'm not afraid to think outside the box to find solutions that benefit everyone involved. Each transaction is a learning experience for me, and I'm eager to continue expanding my knowledge and skills in real estate.

Outside of work, I'm an avid outdoor enthusiast. Whether I'm mountain biking, snowboarding, paddle boarding, or coaching youth softball, I love exploring all that Oregon has to offer. But most of all, I cherish spending quality time at home with my children, enjoying movies, and playing board games together.
